Sunday Service

Every Sunday morning, we gather in our church services to worship, learn from God’s Word, pray and encourage each other in our faith journey.

HOW IS YOUR SERVICE ON SUNDAY?

Every weekend at Bridge City Church, you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting and contemporary worship music and a practical, relevant message. You will also find a printed preaching summary for you to take notes to help you get the most out of each week’s teaching. Children will be well cared for by loving teachers and a fun environment at Bridge City Kids.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US FOR THE FIRST TIME?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, ask you to stand up, or ask for money. We know that many people want to visit a church and “be anonymous” for a while, and that’s fine with us! Come, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and see if this is the church for you.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO ATTEND THE SERVICE?

You’ll find everything, from casual wear to business attire at our Worship Experiences. Come in whatever is most comfortable for you, because at Bridge City Church it’s not about how you look or what you wear.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

Bridge City Church meets on Sundays at Albert Einstein High School in Kensington, Maryland. Click here for directions.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY KIDS?

At Bridge City Church, your kids are a priority. Our children’s environments are clean, safe, and staffed by loving, background-checked servers. We offer a dynamic experience for kids up to grade called Bridge City Kids.

HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND CONNECT?

There are many ways to get involved. You can start by attending our process called “NextSteps”. Connection groups are another way to get connected. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.

HOW CAN I BE DISCIPLED AND GROW?

Our desire is to see you become a committed follower of Christ. Our Next Steps process gives you the tools necessary for this to happen in your life and for you to embark on a spiritual journey where you will know God, find freedom, discover your purpose, and make a difference. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in a ministry area that will transform your life, we will be guiding you step by step from inner healing, ministerial equipping, and into leadership. We encourage you to start the Next Steps process.
