- We only ship within the United States.
- The method is Standard by USPS, the delivery period is from 2 to 5 days after presenting it in our offices, depending on the destination.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to errors in the address provided by the customer at the time of shipping. In the event that the package is returned to Bisutrendy, the customer is responsible for paying for the return of the package. We will contact the customer through their email to notify them of this situation.
- Shipping times do not include the processing time of your order, it may take from 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except holidays.
