Christie McAdams has spent over two decades at the intersection of business, people, and growth. She’s held executive roles inside structured corporate organizations, built businesses from the ground up, experienced both remarkable success and hard-earned lessons, and navigated the kind of market forces that no amount of planning can fully prepare you for. She brings all of it — the wins, the wisdom, and everything in between — to every client she works with.Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Christie is warm, direct, and fiercely loyal. She doesn’t believe in sugarcoating, but she delivers honesty with empathy and genuine care. She takes the success of her clients personally — their wins feel like her wins, and their challenges keep her up at night the same way they keep you up at night. Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother to a beautiful young daughter. Family is everything to her — it is the reason she works the way she does and the lens through which she understands her clients’ deepest motivations. She knows firsthand that you can build a thriving business and still be fully present for the people who matter most. That belief isn’t just personal. It is the foundation of everything The Well Entrepreneur stands for.
Christie’s career began in financial services, including her time as an Area Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Financial, before spending over a decade consulting and training in the automotive industry. She went on to serve as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at On Credit Group, where she worked directly alongside the President and participated in decision making across every pillar of the business — from sales and marketing strategy to operations and capital raising. Her hands-on involvement in securing funding and investment gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to properly capitalize a growing business, the conversations that happen at that level, and why so many small businesses struggle without that foundation. It was here that Christie truly learned what it means to be a trusted partner at the leadership level — and it shaped the way she works with every client today
Christie’s entrepreneurial journey began with DFX — Dealer Finance Experts — her first business, built from the ground up in the automotive finance space. DFX ran for four years and ultimately didn’t survive. But what it gave her was invaluable — a masterclass in the financial realities of running a business, the humbling experience of learning what she didn’t know, and the resilience that only comes from picking yourself up and going again. DFX didn’t just teach her about business. It shaped who she became as a leader and is precisely why financial clarity sits at the heart of everything she does for her clients today
From there, Christie continued to build. She was brought in as President of a pre-employment screening and benchmarking company to lead and rebuild the business from the ground up — a role that speaks directly to the hands-on operational leadership she brings to clients today. Alongside that, she co-founded Groom-McAdams Management with her husband — an automotive export business with a team of captive agents and an established international buyer network that became one of her most commercially successful ventures. When market conditions shifted in 2024 and tariff pressures reshaped the landscape, Christie made the intentional decision to step back from day-to-day operations to focus fully on The Well Entrepreneur. The business continues today under her husband’s leadership as they work to stabilize and grow it in a changed market.
During this period Christie also developed INA Wellness, a digital education platform in the holistic health space. While the platform never launched commercially, the process of building it gave her a deep and practical understanding of the digital landscape — from platform development to content strategy and online business models — knowledge she now brings directly to clients navigating their own digital presence and growth. Her years building a network marketing business in the health and wellness space, where she reached the top 2% of producers nationally and built a team of over 100 consultants and clients, combined with her work on INA Wellness, gave her a genuine and deeply held understanding of how personal wellbeing and business performance are inseparably linked. The wellness dimension of The Well Entrepreneur isn’t a marketing angle. It’s a core belief she has lived.
